ACA is pleased to again host the juried Festival of the Cranes Art Exhibition featuring our students, alumni and faculty. Many of the art pieces are available to purchase. The artist receives 100% of the sale if you see something you have to have.

ACA will be open with special hours during the festival weekend…
Friday, January 10 – 4pm until 6:30pm for “Thank You, Rachel”, a play about Rachel Carson
Saturday, January 11 – 9am until 4:30pm
Sunday, January 12 – 9am until 5pm
The Festival of the Cranes is a festival celebrating the annual migration of sandhill and whooping cranes to Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge, events take place at a variety of locations including the refuge’s Visitor Center and various partner venues in downtown Decatur, Alabama including: The Decatur Public Library, The Princess Theatre, The Alabama Center for the Arts, The Carnegie Visual Arts Center, The Cook Museum of Natural Science, and the Historic Depot and Railroad Museum.
